Dear swimming friends,

This year’s “Swiss Open” is approaching and we need active support to make this great event a success! The event will take place from December 20 to 22, 2024 at the Sursee campus, and numerous swimmers from all over Switzerland and abroad are expected.

We are looking for helpers in various areas to organize this event:

• Set-up and dismantling: Support in setting up the competition facility and dismantling after the event.
• Competition support: timekeepers, turn judges, as well as support at the start control and award ceremony.
• Catering: Assistance with serving food and drinks for participants, coaches and helpers.
• Admission and Infopoint: Supervision of admission controls and general information for spectators and athletes.

Prerequisites:
No special previous experience necessary – every helping hand counts! We welcome volunteers of all ages and guarantee a great atmosphere. Catering is of course provided during the assignment.
